I call them episodes, but you can call them chapters, installments, parts, (fill in the blanks...)

I only cap sky movie channels, TNT, syfy, AXN, Disney Cinemagic, ARD and ZDF. Google will help you find one of the dozens of EPG sites covering these channels.

I wouldn't call it "german only caps", most of them only have some seconds of localized content, e.g. a german title screen or hardsubs for undubbed foreign languages. For me it's about preservation for restoration, so I think they are very useful in an international context.

It seems AXN is going to bring us a christmas gift, airing Terminator 2 on christmas eve!

I'm checking my cable setup at the moment, to get rid of these random bitstream errors that sometimes ruin my caps. All these mobile and wifi signals are interfering with older DVB-C cables and switches.
Updates will come in slow until I have a stable setup again.

Kabeleins airs Matrix and Matrix Reloaded today. Is that something that might be worth checking out? They were supposedly working on a new UHD Blu Ray, maybe there's a new master? Chances are pretty low I guess, but ya never know. Another airing on 13th and Revolutions on 18th December.

sAnother one I'd love, if you can do it, "Tornado - Niemand wird ihm entkommen" on Thursday, 14.12., 23:10, on RTL II. It's a very trashy (and bad) Kanadian catastrophe action movie that someone has lovingly described like this: "Compared to this movie, Sharknado is a documentary". Though, because it's so bad and ridiculous, it's hard not to laugh all the time. It's only available on DVD, but there's an HD trailer on Youtube, so they may have an HD master too. (strikethrough, it's not the same movie)

Updated my policies, concentrating on pre 2008 movies now, stuff where the BR release is or could be different.

New stuff being added soon, eg. Black Hawk Down, The Crow, Flash Gordon, Predator and others.

oooh, damn, i am very interested in some of these, just to see if there is any difference in image but I will need to get another seedbox first
