Wow, trondmm, thank you so much for sending this!! Just sent you a PM. 

Theres also an extended HD cap out there somewhere, ive got a 720p version of it, DVD grading.

Very interested to know if this got any further, meaning the netflix rip and if not, have you considered pm'ing a active release group that does this type of thing. I did read through the posts and nobody said that yet.

It's also on Amazon, might be easier to rip
