5.1 but planning to add a second sub. Pretty happy with the gear I have, more than powerful enough for the room size.
Years ago I had a 6.1 setup but moved somewhere it wasn't practicable, it was cool but I don't really miss it

Yeah I finished it yesterday it was a pain in the ass. There were skips and pops in the ld I had to patch up. Even the original track was out of sync in parts.
sounds better tho!

Moved into a new flat earlier this year and finally got a 5.1 system. It's a Monitor Audio Mass setup, small speakers but more than enough for the size of room. Really enjoying it so far.
