The quality of the video is not a big deal, the title card will have to be reconstructed digitally anyway, you don't really need to capture the whole film, just that scene is fine. The audio on the contrary, it would be good to have that from laserdisc, is it PCM?

So far I have the English LD audio PCM (from SpoRV) and the Italian DTS 2.0 from a BluRay I bought (original mix, not a 5.1 downmix)

I preserve movies as they first appeared in Italy.
