Found a 16:9 version on the ru but it's cropped on the sides only.

Odd that its P&S. I guess someone just got lazy.
Wasn't someone working on the Devil's Advocate on the OT? Its been a while but I'm learning to matte in better so I would just upscale and matte in only the altered part.

If someone did start it over on OT, I can't find it. the only mention of the sculpture and film, are in older threads concerning changes in films, but I didn't see any project for it... That's ok anyway, since this is a project I've been toying with for a while and just resumed work on... In fact, I started a thread for it here: https://fanrestore.com/thread-1105.html

Besides Jerry's project, the upscaled version from the DVD, cleaned up, would be interesting.
I've the DVD ripped a while ago, because my disk has a fracture at the inner ring  Luckily I was able to do it in time. PDB, if you need it for the project, let me know

That's basically what my project is... One version which just uses the upscalled sculpture matted into the HD footage on the BD and then the second version will be an extended cut - but these will be released as separate discs
 I'm also happy to share the demuxed original DVD, if it's needed by someone for a project... |
