I found a webrip online that was purporting to be the new 4k release, although I'm not quite sure if someone upscaled the Arrow release. The earlier outdoor scenes definitely looked blue like your 1080p capture, but then later on in the film we get this:



And comparing it to the Shout release:


I like the blues personally but that's just me.
