It is perfect! I was searching for the logo and all was able to notice was a little glitch in some frames with the "logo slice" of the right side (the one you had to copy a square nearby to cover). I saw it because I was searching for it, in other circumstances I wouldn't have noticed. The results are spectacular!
I'll try to get a "colorful" clip.

Question: Aren't we risking to lose detail if we use a dirt removal process?
As for the gamma, I would take the original of the clip or maybe the first one. 2 and 3 are too dark in dark zones and 4 is too clear, kind of soft.
Is problematic. If we darken the image we gain detail in the backgrounds but lose it in the faces (too dark zones).
Looking again at the last one, I've noticed it gains detail in the backgrounds and maybe a little in the face. The soft looking may be in comparision with the original gamma, but looking at it alone makes me think maybe it's the way to go. Maybe watching a clip with those settings would help.

The dirt removal process will theoretically risk to lose details, but I used it in a lot of process, and never got problems - except in one frame where there was a LOT of smoke... then, I lowered the strenght and all was OK... so, it's probably safe to use it, as it seems there are a lot of dirt!
I edited my previous post to add a second screenshot to the last setting!

I like it better too. Flesh tone looks more natural to me. The white is not that white, but the rest benefits from this setting. Is there a way to make the white "whiter" while leaving the rest untouched in your last screenshot?
About the dirt, it really has a lot. It would be great to have a clean copy of the movie.
I was thinking that if I get that untouched DVD maybe you could get the correct gamma values from there.
Looking more at your last screenshot, I found 2 details:
* The skin marks on the actress' forehead lose definition.
* The start of the right half of her hair blurs a lot, losing hair detail. Just at the right side of the like of skin. I think that can be because of the noise removal.
