[Proposal] Deep Rising - UAR (mainly Hybrid) + regrade
#11
Little update: I managed to delete the residual green screen object from a shot - far from perfect, but in motion it's very good, and a lot better than that green... thing that is a punch in the eye (on mine, at least! Big Grin )

Top WEB, bottom UAR regraded and fixed:

I went and purchased the Kino Bluray release of this film the other day from Diabolik. I'm excited to see it again and check out the special features as well.

May you compare colors of your BD?

There is an Open Matte version of Amazon, the quality is better than HDTV I can share, it is without logos and with a high bitrate of 12900 kbps

@maksnew: I got it some time ago, but thanks for the precisation - indeed maybe I forgot to update the info... my head! Smile

@jetrell: thanks! Even if I am pretty sure colors are the same (of BD and WEB), I am still curious to see if I will be wrong! Wink

I have high hopes for the Kino release considering this film hasn't got the attention it deserves for it's style and story. It may not be everyone's cup of tea but it's a great ride nonetheless.

Apparently there is another Jetrell and I beat myself to the punch with screen shots .... I must've been sleeping when this happened.

Sorry Andrea

By all accounts the source master is exactly the same as the Mill Creek BD but just a shade darker. Shame really as it was announced as a 4K scam from the OCN (which all references was removed from their website closer to release date)
