I have a Cinemax Amazon version with much better video quality compared to the old Amazon Amazon WEB DL purchase, but it is not Open Matte and the short version. There is also an HDTV on one Russian tracker that was taken from usenet. It is complete and has small black bars; it did not compare the content.
In the same quality, I have the True Lies, I compared many scenes, better quality of these two films I did not come across. True Lies is also WS

Bit of chatter over at Blu-ray.com indicating that the new 4K remaster (that was mentioned over social media last year) might be streaming on HBO. No confirmation yet though. Might just be hearsay.
