The Rambo 2 blu-ray I have has two audio tracks, one 5.1 DTS HD MA and one 2.0 lossy DTS.
The 5.1 track has this kind of shrill metallic sound on the dialogue that I don't like. The 2.0 track sounds better but I can't help but wonder if the 2.0 track is the same mix as the laserdisc audio? Unfortunately I don't have a laserdisc player to test this out myself, so if anyone else out there has Rambo on both blu-ray and laserdisc, please feel free to chime in on how the audio compares.
I think the 1998 DVDs are the same mixes as the transfers are similar to the laserdiscs.
The german set remastered as a problem, Rambo III misses the russian dialogue subs. To get the actual remastered Blu of Rambo III with the subs for the russian dialogue, you have to get the Australian set, or the UK grenade set, which are both in the 60 bucks + range, with disc 3 being region B locked. (the german is all region free, but no subs on the russian parts on disc III either burned in or player generated).

Hi, I have gathered a few rare versions DVDs, but stopped this idea after I realised the german box set had new scans that fixed many of the original problems.

For the first film, I'd be glad to supply you an Orion logo to attach to the start.

In the event it has a Carolco logo, I'd be very much appreciative if someone here were to step up and buy it.
