I migth have misread the content of the german backside. (Seems as if the translated "Road War", and did not Highlight it as Feature)
It is also on the UK and Australian High Octane Edition.

It seems to be not in all "High Octane" Sets.
Seems as if UK just did not get the High Octane Release, I saw it on Amazon.co.uk, but it is the US Set. Picture of the BAckside states it contains the Road War feature

French High Octane Set has only 5 Discs, and italian 6 Discs, both do not list Road War, or any feature that could be translated to "Road War".
French Set does miss "Madness of Max" DVD, and "Road War" BD.
Italian has the "Madness of Max" DVD, but not the "Road War" BD.

According to backsides it is on US, AU and German set. (Check links, and backside images)

UK did not get the high octane set, (according to recent research)

FR and IT got High Octane Sets, but missing the BD with the Road War feature.

Ah, got it. You're right about the UK - we haven't done terribly well here in terms of releases. It doesn't help that WB have distribution rights to the original movie over here, and their discs are lacking all of the special features from the MGM releases.

There's an Australian High Octane collection for a reasonable price on Ebay if there's anyone who doesn't have a set already, and would like to rip Road War for the cause!
