I guess I need to upgrade to a 4K player. But I don't want to buy a new TV, though.

I was going to retire this project now that it's out in "4K" in that silly limited box set, but good lord, I just got it and it has some of the worst grain manipulation and motion smearing I've ever seen on a release from a major label. I actually had to check if I had the soap opera effect setting enabled by accident on my TV - horrendous even by recent Paramount standards. So my version remains up for now

Exellent work, mate. I've used your fabulous 1st version to dub it with german Audio.
Now I'm eager to dub it again with the most current version of this masterpiece, but for some odd reason, I'm not allowed to send you a PM ?!? Very sad

I don't have a 4k TV or player so I am keen to get a converted HD version that I can actually watch (I have the TC and DE Blurays). This is seamless branching into the 4k TC. How do the SLV scenes compare? Grain issues aside, have they matched the colour and background noise of the TC?
