So I'm trying to understand:

AUDIO (SPECIAL EDITION)

- DTS-HD MA 7.1 (Ultimate Lionsgate Hybrid 2020)

Is this a hybrid of the german 7.1 for front + Lionsgate (what year?) Surrounds?

- DTS-HD MA 7.1 (Ultimate Premium CDS Lionsgate Hybrid 2020)

CDS Mix L, R, C and LFE channels. with Lionsgate SE scenes spliced in for L, R, C and LFE, combined with the side surrounds from the German Ultimate Edition, with volume adjusted accordingly to match the CDS. Again what is the Lionsgate source?

- DTS-HD MA 5.1 (Premium CDS Lionsgate Hybrid 2020)

The third track is the Japanese theatrical CDS Mix, Is this the DTS DVD? Or the Premium edition downmixes?

with Lionsgate SE scenes spliced in for L, R, C and LFE. I took the rear channels from the Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Japanese Premium Edition for SE scenes, as their volume levels matched more closely to the CDS Mix without any need for editing. Other than the volume being lower, they're identical to the Lionsgate. This is as close as it gets to watching the film with original audio, if you're interested in SE.

Haha. Sorry about the confusion. I hope this helps clear things up a little:

- DTS-HD MA 7.1 (Ultimate Lionsgate Hybrid 2020)

Lionsgate 2015 for all channels except the additional two side surrounds (Lss, Rss), which have been taken from the German 2008 HD-DVD with volume lowered to match the Lionsgate channels.

- DTS-HD MA 7.1 (Ultimate Premium CDS Lionsgate Hybrid 2020)

Lionsgate 2015 was used for L, R, C and LFE and rear surrounds for all SE scenes. CDS 2003 was used for L, R, C and LFE on TC scenes; Lionsgate 2015 for rear surrounds in TC scenes. German 2008 HD-DVD for side surrounds throughout entire film. Volume of all four surround channels adjusted to closer match the volume that the surrounds of the CDS would have been.

- DTS-HD MA 5.1 (Premium CDS Lionsgate Hybrid 2020)

All channels of Japanese 2003 CDS Mix used for all of TC scenes. Lionsgate 2015 L, R, C and LFE spliced in for SE scenes; Dolby TrueHD 5.1 Japanese Premium Edition 2008 used for rear surrounds in SE scenes.


Also, it's been brought to my attention that there's a minor sync issue on my two 7.1 hybrid tracks that I overlooked. So, if you've already downloaded it and plan on using either of those two tracks, sorryyy. I'll work on getting them synced up as soon as I can, and maybe just Google Drive them for those that don't want to have to download the whole damn thing again

Yes on track 3 when listening in stereo, you can hear some roar showing the tracks aren't in sync.

You need to listen to everything in stereo to make sure there is no discrepancy, or even better, in mono, it will show immediately with some strange rumble that the tracks don't align.

The weird sound is like the fake Mad Max mono tracks which are downmixes of the 5.1 remix. Anything off phase immediately sound weird. The tracks you use may never align if they come from magnetic sound and were transfered at sightly different speed (or if the tape player lagged a bit, or the tape was lagging a bit).

Okaaay. Finally done I think. I've actually made more alterations than I originally anticipated:

AUDIO (SPECIAL EDITION)

- DTS-HD MA 7.1 (Ultimate Lionsgate Hybrid 2020) - German HD-DVD side surround channels should now sync up well with the rest
- DTS-HD MA 7.1 (Ultimate Premium CDS Lionsgate Hybrid 2020) - German HD-DVD side surround channels should now sync up well with the rest
- DTS-HD MA 5.1 (Premium CDS Lionsgate Hybrid 2020) - Edited one scene to make the transition from CDS to Lionsgate more seamless
- DTS-HD MA 5.1 (Lionsgate 2015) - Discovered about 12 seconds worth of audio missing from two scenes on the rear channels (not my issue, but an official blunder), so reinstated the audio using Skynet, as the volume matched most closely
- DTS-HD HR 7.1 (German Ultimate Edition 2008) - Dropped this track altogether, in favour of the first track listed ^

Because of this, I don't really have the space to upload all four tracks to Google Drive, so my suggestion is PM me with any particular tracks you might be after and I can upload them. Otherwise, it might be easier to download the whole film from me again, unless someone has somewhere I can upload all four.

Oh. I also encoded a lighter version of both TC and SE for those that don't want to waste so much HDD space. They're about 25gb each. Only Lionsgate 2015 5.1 and CDS 5.1 present on both.
