Also top and right. Ergo, the WEBRip is a bit more zoomed out than Disney+

The grain is still stronger and better to my eyes on D+. Anyway the webrip is obviously encoded and not web-dl, i'll stick with my D+ for viewings

As I already mentioned in post, grain retention appears to he better on D+ compared to 2160p webrip, less filtered.
Here is a closer look:

Disney+
WEBRip

WEBrip is definitely the better of the two.

Decided to discard the D+ and keep the 2160p webrip based on the alone fact of the zoomed frame (can't stand zoomed/cropped frames) even though the D+ picture had more pronounced and intact grain.

hey X5gb, it looks there is a remastered transfer of Broken Arrow (1996) on Tubi https://tubitv.com/movies/610958/broken-arrow Could you check to see if there is the same transfer on D+?

So, I guess no need to check D+ then.

Also managed to finally grab The Rock D+UK 1080p 4k Remaster:

Variable / 8420 kb/s / 12.7 Mb/s / 1920 x 1080

I know there isn't a Cinema DTS source (thanks, PDB, for that info) but is there Laserdisc DTS or anything else available for this which is better than Blu-ray PCM audio source.
This one doesn't fair as well as Con Air even though the bitrate is only slightly less (maybe due to the longer runtime) and suffers a little bit in the compression department especially with the grain but still quite a bit better than the old blu-ray transfer.

There was an LD with DTS, I don't know how it compares to the BD though.
