With the Shout 4.1, I actually went with 1100ms for mine. Maybe my setup, but it was more in sync with the extra 100.
The commentary is proving to be a real pain. I have the unedited one from DVD, but it seems to drift in a few places.

Like I already mentioned there are sync issues with all tracks worldwide going back to original release up until Turbine fixed them for there release (how successful that was I don’t know) so whatever else you sync unless you sync them to the Turbine tracks first (which seems would be an arduous process) then there will be small issues throughout no matter what delays are used.

Finally got a chance to check, the three 4.1s (Shout, Arrow, Turbine) are all the same. Need to check the 5.1s.
