I knew it was a bootleg and no issues there for me, but it's an actual BD-R with a printed label and the same old ass master.

There's a regrade of the JPN blu-ray out there (and also the HKR release) that looks solid:

Paired with the LD mono track that's probably the best combo we'll get for a long time.

There's also the HK blu-ray which is the same video source as the JPN blu-ray (yellow tinted) but with a slightly worse encode:
