[Help] Trying to sync Little Mermaid Limited Edition DVD 5.1 to 4K

If you need help, I can do this without re-encoding the audio.
Only the first logo will be re-encoded.
I did a quick video comparison.
I have to add +438 frames (+18268ms) on DVD at the beginning.
After the opening credits, you have to remove one frame (-42ms).
Towards the end, there is still one less frame but I haven't yet identified the exact place.
We can do a decent sync with just +18226ms (equivalent of +437 frames...), it's only desynchronized by -1 frame the 3 first minutes and by +1 frames towards the end

By comparing the videos I quickly identified the timing of the cuts.
This would give:
+18268ms (+438 frames)
-edit=0:03:44.208,-42ms  (-1 frame)
-edit=0:57:22.720,-42ms (-1 frame)

But, the track is in AC3 and the cuts can only be in multiples of 32.
And the audio of the Limited Issue's DVD have 25ms of delay on the container. With EAC3to this delay is like +32ms.

On EAC3to :

Extract track = adding the delay (25ms) = +32ms  (= desync of +7ms on the DVD)

+18268ms                        (In AC3 = +18272ms => total desync on the UHD at this time = +11ms)
-edit=0:03:44.208,-53ms    (In AC3 = -64ms  => Total desync at this time -11ms)
-edit=0:57:22.720,-42ms    (In AC3 = -32ms  => Total desync at this time -1ms)

You will have at worst 11ms late during the 3 firsts minutes, 11ms early after 03min44s, and 1ms early after 57min22s.

Change the logo :
-Convert the UHD logo on AC3 384 kbps (with dialnorm at -27db if you want). The files must last 34976 ms.
-Put your AC3 DVD (synced with the UHD) in EAC3to :  -34976ms
-Join the new logo with your DVD track (with MKVtoolnix or TSmuxer).

You already did it? Yeah, send me the link, please. I'm satisfied enough with my sync (which isn't re-encoded) that I'm not gonna do any additional work on the Limited Issue DVD. But if yours is better... 

Now I just want that 1997 theatrical DTS mix that Originaltrilogy.com is rumored to have.

It's mostly rumored that the DTS mix exists. I don't think anyone found it. In all likelihood it's a Japanese re-encode of the Dolby mix. I understand DTS was extremely popular over there on DVDs to the point that they'd sometimes fake mixes to improve sales.
