The JP has a tiny bit more in the high frequencies but there's no audible difference to the US track.

Curious, It's been a while since I compared the spectograms, but I think the US disc has more bass, while the JP captures a little bit more in the highs as Turisu wrote.

Hello, do you have the soundtracks of all Batman in Laserdisc version ? I'm interested because I wanted to replace the audio of the bad Blu-Ray and 4K BD by these LD tracks. Thank you in advance !

Might you have these as untouched PCM? Interested more with that instead of FLAC. There's a remux for both BATMAN 1989 and BATMAN RETURNS which include the LD audio but only has FLAC instead of nice PCM.
Also looking to see if there's an LD of BATMAN FOREVER to sync with a 4K remux. Any recommended releases?

FLAC is just losslessly compressed PCM.
