My Name is Nobody (1973) Audio censored on Blu-Ray

Hi, a line has been redubbed in the English version on the US and GER Blu-Ray. The US DVD image also has this censorship.
When Red dies he said "screw yourself" instead of "fuck yourself".
The French Blu-Ray has the original uncensored line audio, but audio is PAL Speed up, and poor quality compared to the US BD.

Does anyone have the laserdisc to know if there is this censorship ?

Sadly I don’t have that LD but I never knew that about the soundtrack change. You learn something new everyday.

I assume a patch won’t work because it’s too different?

Since the speech is whispered, it wouldn't be too shocking, I can fix the pitch, and integrate it for a temporary solution.
But the Studio Canal audio is very disappointing compared to the US BD.
I learned that there are other censorships on US BD/Ger, but I have not yet compared with SC BD.
I spotted a scene with different screams/moans too.
