The films being split between 88 films, Eureka and now Arrow is bugging me when a lot are WB films originally

Any films that had cut dubs (of that vintage) released in the US, Warner generally only had the rights for the US. So while it's split, that's owed to the territories these companies can get the rights for. I'll be curious to see if they were able to implement the suggestion I passed on to someone working on this.
