Hey guys.
Well, yet another regrade arises. There have been a handful of people that have done a regrade before me, but as far as I know, no one used that legendary 35mm print sourced german DVD as reference before. I did. I found a divx in my old friend called emule
People that have seen this theatrically have reported it looked pretty close to the remastered bluray. Even more teal in some places, less so in others. That Ger DVD does look very much like the bluray. Some shots look more teal, others less so. Sometimes it tends to look a bit too much green, so having a certain tolerance when tweaking the colors is common sense.
The upscaled 4K version is also available, naturalised: I did some processing (dynamic dehaloing, some lens blur, regraining...) to make it look less artificial, and more filmic. It's still far from ideal, though (IMO, the 1080p is the way to go).
The two mono mixes (original and MGM) are included here. To whoever shared the laserdisc lossless audio, thank you!
I fixed the sync problems, tape dropouts, and added a bit of eq to the original one.
So:
- 1080p (35.7 GB) and upscaled 4K (57 GB) regraded using the 35mm print sourced german DVD as reference.
- Naturalised 4K.
- MGM mono mix, and original mono mix synchronized and fixed included.
- Harlan Ellison works not aknowledged.

Mutisubs included (same ones as the original discs).
