I just saw this and realized that nobody mentioned the available 1080p Workprint that's available on the internet, around 8.24 GB. I think it's from a newer BluRay they released. Maybe it's not relevant for some reason I missed, but thought I'd leave this here.
I'm unaware of this, Is it just the AVC encode or some different master?
I picked up this version ( https://www.amazon.com/Blade-Runner-Anni...B008M4MB8K) about a year ago used. Let me pop in the Workprint/Special Features disc and I can post the mediainfo on the workprint file in a little bit for comparison.

The specs for that 30th anniversary set (which I also own) are here: http://www.blu-ray.com/movies/Blade-Runn...ray/50584/
Video: VC-1 16.88 Mbps
Audio Dolby TrueHD
Not even DTS audio, just a reprint of the 2007 discs.

I think some regions got a AVC re-encode of some of the discs, perhaps the workprint also?

I dont believe this will help but i figured id chime in and say that the 4K Final Cut blu-ray was just delivered and if theres anything on the regular discs that would be helpful let me know. But after some reading the other discs appear to be untouched from the 2007 release.... (at least as far as the main title is concerned)

Slight update:
Been pushing to get this finished (the DC regrade) ASAP for the release of 2049. Won't make it but I'd like to release during the 2049 run. To do so I'll probably dump the music-only soundtrack given it's complexity. As a replacement for the music track I might "bundle" in a new version of my Criterion regrade of the International Cut with the DC regrade:
https://fanrestore.com/thread-226.html?h...ade+runner
For the new IC regrade (now know as v1.5) I took the luma from the original BD and added into my existing regraded. The result is the picture has a little less flat look which is inherited to the laserdisc. Now the contrast is a bit improved and highlights pop a little more creating a bit more of a 3D look. It's a subtle change but one I feel is better. I also went through and corrected or smoothed over about 30 shots to make sure the picture "flows" better. I also might remove the happy ending for a pseudo workprint like cut.
Blade Runner Restored Theatrical Cut (regraded to the Criterion Collection Laserdisc - v1.5)
Video:
2013 Blu-Ray of the International Cut (IC) regraded to the 1989 Criterion Collection (CC) Laserdisc (LD) with partial luma from the original BD
Audio:
1. PCM 2.0 (from the Criterion Collection International Cut LD-Narration)
2. PCM 2.0 (from the Warner Bros Director's Cut LD-No Narration mixed with the IC's Laserdisc PCM 2.0 and parts of musical score to fill the gaps)

Did you mean partial chroma, maybe? If not, I'm a bit lost here!

Nope it's luma not chroma.
The chroma for the previous and this project is still the original BD video regraded to the laserdisc's color. In the original project, I also changed the luma of the original BD video to fit the look of the LD. So for this I'm taking the chroma from the original regrade project and mixing in a good chunk of the luma from the original BD's video. In that way the I can have the color of the LD regrade but more of the contrast and highlights from the brightness/B&W signal of the original BD, which has a less "flat" look.
Not sure if that helped
