I know a 35mm print scan of the movie exists floating about on the internet. I haven't seen any footage of it though apart from a few screencaps on some website awhile back though. Wonder how well that'd serve to make a regrade of the HDTV or UHD master.

If it's mag striped it's original. No one stripes 70mm anymore, modern prints have to use DTS CD-ROMs.

I never could find that HDTV anywhere. If anyone has it I'd love to check it out

The black stripes either side of the sprockets (2 thick, 2 thin, containing the 6 tracks). Modern 70mm would only include the timecode track for DTS, the rest of the outer edges of the frame would be clear.
