I don't have all that much experience, so here's just some random thoughts that may or may not be useful:
One thing to consider is that Russian prints tend to be printed on Orwo material which means the colors may be somewhat different compared to normal European/Theatrical releases, however I'm not an expert and it may vary depending on time of release etc. Specifically, Orwo tends to be more green-ish is what I understand.
One of these images you posted says "CBEMA" on it, which seems to indicate a company from Russia called Svema which produced film stocks, so not actually Orwo it seems. I don't know anything about them, I just googled it, so I can't say anything about whether that's good or bad. Some of the images look a bit low contrast (not very opaque blacks) however that could just be the way the photo was taken/processed.
The price seems fair however shipping from Russia, at least on the eBay prints I saw, tends to be exorbitant, so calculate another 150-200 at least for the shipping to Europe, more to the US I think. If you go for this one, I'd suggest having it scanned in Europe, there are some talented and affordable people here who could help out.
I also ignorantly wonder whether Russia may have different cuts than Europe? I don't think they technically count as Europe, but I'm not sure how that was handled in terms of movies.
