The physical copies should be arriving to US destinations soon (if they don't get stuck in US customs), once delivered we will see from there. I did say that direct link for download was more of an afterthought and can't guarantee when it will be released because it won't be me uploading them, I still haven't been reached by fiber optic connection.

Colek is in Europe though and was shipped earlier than others. No border control within EU. I hope that the copies sent to America arrive soon otherwise I'll have to re-send them.

Did you get any packet DoomBot? If not I'll just refund you all, right now I'm too busy with other projects to print more copies.
All European parcels have been successfully delivered so far. Not sure what went wrong with US destinations.
