I'm impressed by those screenshots and pleased to see them... Bout time the official release looks right.

I read that Bill Pope supervised this master (unlike the dim green hell of the previous release), so all signs are pointing to a good disc finally!

Very soft looking image, I hope it's due to the screenshots and not the Blu Ray. Colors seem decent at first glance.

This new version seems the right one - finally - but I'm curious to see the differences with previous ones.
Can someone make screenshot comparisons between new version, BD, DVD and 35mm?

This looks quite good.
One question: is the blray in the package the old one or a new one? (i don't have a 4K system)

For me personally the 35mm isn't a good reference. Some scenes just look so weird that I distrust the whole thing. For example the interrogation scene and the dojo scene. I prefer the workprint, although the quality sucks. When the UHD is out, I might try regrading it to the workprint. It seems it's already close in some places, but a bit off in others.
