Do you need the Italian track?
Hi spoRv, good idea, yes I will also sync the german dub, so that way we could offer a variety of dubs for future projects.
My goal right now is to have a definitive collection of mono syncs so that people can choose, or take all of them. So far: Laserdiscs rips: - Domestic Mono mix from DJ Team Blu release from original 1995 Widescreen LD THX (IP scan) - Domestic mono mix HBO laserdisc rip [ID6677HB] full screen disc - Domestic mono mix JP [PILF-1297] laserdisc rip from LucasGodzilla (35mm print scan) - Chace "remix" from original LD release [HBO2535] thanks to jerryshadoe & MrBrown SYNCED - French Mono Mix from TF1 LD SYNCED DVD rips: - Domestic Mono 2.1 mix from Image DVD interesting "fix" with lots of thump SYNC IN PROGRESS (IP scan same as 1995 THX LD but with additional .1 track) - International Mono Mix from MGM SE DVD different source from TF1 with more dynamic range - International Mono mix from TF1 DVD SYNCED - French Mono Mix from TF1 DVD SYNCED - German Mono Mix from early German DVD (35mm print scan) VHS rips: - UK Virgin tape from Zoidberg this is a 35mm print scan - NBC At The Movies W O C 09-26-1987 time compressed but sounds great with alternate lines of dialogue so need to resync I'm awaiting for possible Italian VHS rip also I have - Domestic Mono mix LD rip early release by ??? (Stendec?) (may not include this I seem to remember Stendec doctored the track) But I miss - Domestic Mono mix LD rip from ZeroPC I don't have this it was a flac release thanks if anyone can help If anyone spotted on the web any LD release or other, let me know. Those two releases were from the 1995 THX LD so they may be superseded by the DJ Team Blu version.

Awesome work Stamper!
Between the work you and MrBrown are doing, this project is feeling more like a community effort than any one person's work, which is amazing to see. Mind if I ask which BD you are syncing to? The US with the MGM logo or the Euro that starts directly with the Orion logo (no MGM). I assume the Euro but just wanted to make sure.

The version with the MGM logo. It appears to be the more widespread and some syncs like the french LD rip are already synced to it as well as the subtitles.
I'm adding LucasGodzilla JP track (original us mono domestic mix) to it. I will only retain one 1995 LD Domestic Mix mono and that will be Team Blu as the other LD rips seems to be gone and there is some confusion about their quality. Also Team Blu made it a very good rip release so I would say there track should be the reference when it comes to the Domestic mix. Thanks given by: LucasGodzilla , MrBrown , nafroe

That's why I really enjoy to help here, that bit I can do. Awesome people here (in the community in general) doing awesome jobs in color grading, audio editing and much more. It is fun to help as far as I can do.

Anyone has ever seen this LD from Hong Kong? It's supposed to have a Dolby Surround mix. Any info?

I can cap the VHS audio in better quality with my m-audio usb interface if anyone's interested. The original cap was just the audio captured by my video card so it can be improved, that cap was more about the video itself and it's unique colour timing. I've promised to cap some other stuff first though so there'll be a wait.
Thanks given by: Stamper
