This is the Canadian BestBuy limited edition (10,000 copies); does it contain both Shout! and Arrow versions?

Does anyone now what this 4k UHD scan is:

Looks slightly different to the Arrow 4k and more detail.

I received a version of Amazon STARZ which has a very old transfer with an original sound without digital processing, the image itself is cropped.

Yikes, that cropping of the anamorphic aspect ratio does not do the movie any favors. I wonder, is this the old Universal transfer?

Wait I just noticed: The file literally states "DDP5.1", making the audio a remix, not original.

DDP5.1 does not prove that the audio is a remix.  4.1 can be encoded as 5.1. Someone needs to examine the track to work out which mix it is.

I noted that Turbine uses the same Arrow master - and I don't know if they altered the picture in any way (don't think so).

So, at the end, *I THINK* we have basically five color gradings in home versions:
  • Universal PAL LD (UK)/PAL DVD (UK, IT)
  • Universal NTSC DVD Collector's Edition (US)
  • Universal PAL DVD (DE)/NTSC DVD Remastered CE (US)/HD-DVD/BD
  • Shout BD
  • Arrow/Turbine/3-disc Shout BD

I found a small rip from 35mm film online, a very interesting print, it’s a shame that I couldn’t find it in a better quality, I hope someday it will come to me.
