I've had a sync of the LPCM US LD for some time now and it's great. I unearthed my 97 DVD to try a sync and saw that one has already been done. Is it still available anywhere?

I recently took the 4K master and simply converted it to SDR using Apple Compressor...just to see how well it would apply it to Rec.709. Results on my machine look fantastic so far, but haven't projected it yet. It took relatively little time too.

Finally picked up the old flipper discs yesterday. I have to say the mixes are similar on everything but the first film. The earlier mixes definitely have more low end/impact and some scenes have audio I don't hear in later releases.

I did a sync of Returns to Blu-ray some time ago, but it was done by converting to .wav and syncing in Premiere, so not entirely the right way to do it. I'm just learning to sync losslessly without that transcode but haven't taken a stab at Returns again. I did just try Batman as a teaching lesson and it went pretty well. I used MKVtoolnix, an .mka of the AC3 track untouched, and IINA for macOS to get the time stamps. It worked really really well and efficiently.

How are the 5.1 TrueHD tracks of Batman & Robin and Batman Forever blurays compared to the UHD Atmos tracks? Does anyone know the delay to sync the bluray audio to the UHD video?

Batman Forever UHD has the same timing as the old BD so it doesn't need a delay. Haven't checked Batman & Robin.

Anyone know which are the best available options here for Audio that are already synced to the UHD discs? Would love to be able to watch these with the original and better mixes
