I already hooked the creator of the cutting tepirt with the italian dvd and the spain dvd. There might be a cutting report for both of thrm in the future.
Short info ahead: the italian and spain dvd both contain the violence that was in the workprint, but not in zhe german version.
But both versions are missing some small scenes, compared to the german dvd and the workprint.

I do not know, if the italian and the spanish miss the same scenes, compared to the german DVD. But so far, I know the italian misses a small scene with Ramirez say his goodbyes to some actors on a stage (I think it might be quite early in the movie). It contains the fairy tale fly away ending, and the credits are speed up.
The spanish misses the fairy tale ending, and at least two scenes, one where Neyman informs MacLeod on a service tunnel, and later the usage of the tunnel.
I think for details, we just need to wait for the cutting reports to be done and released.

So, the cutting report comparing the german DVD, and the italian DVD is avaible in German:

Seems as if Italy just lost one scene, compared to the german DVD, but contains the scenes of violence...

Seems if I misunderstood. There are no scenes in Highlander 2, that are missing on BOTH the italian and the spanish DVD.
The scene missing from the italian DVD exists on the spanish DVD, while the spanish DVD loses some other scenes (and the fairy tale fly away ending).
