I think in DTS suite you can encode as wav DTS, which will play better with zero loss. Many media players can't handle 5.1 flac.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't wav DTS lossy and meant for DTS music CDs, and essentially the same as the DTS LD codec?

Yeah, I think DTS wav files are how you trick Redbook audio CDs into playing DTS encoded audio. It's kind of like how DTS needs to appear 16-bit stereo on a LD but unfolds into something closer to 20-bit and 5.1
