So, I discovered that the Blu-ray for the Archival Versions (US Theatrical, International Theatrical, Director's Cut)Â of Blade Runner does not have the best audio, only being in Dolby Digital 5.1, nor is it the original Dolby Stereo mix on LaserDiscs.
I checked that the HD-DVD release has slightly better Dolby Digital Plus audio tracks for the dubbed audio in all versions as well as the English 5.1 audio in the Archival Versions.
Unfortunately, I could not track a single rip or remux of the HD-DVD version of the Final Cut, let alone the Archival Versions (Disc 3).
I also discovered that the Archival Versions Blu-ray, HD-DVD and DVD releases had seamless branching to go between the two different versions, and that it can be replicated with MKVs, as seen in this forum post (which even gives an example of Blade Runner):

I have a crazy idea of making ultimate remuxes of Blade Runner, its many different versions, and its bonuses in the following versions:

The only difference between the two audio mixes is that the CBS track has the opening narration while the HBO Asia/Cinemax Asia cut does not.
This would involve scouring through eBay for the HD-DVD and this may be a daunting task, especially since HD-DVDs are quite hard to come by, especially since the 5-Disc HD-DVD of Blade Runner only came out in North America.
Unfortunately, I cannot do this myself as I do not have the skills and/or equipment to tweak the audio, rip from HD-DVDs. My hard drive is also too small for this task.
I would love for this project to happen.
As I stated, my priority for foreign language dubs is the Japanese dubs but it would be great if all of the other dubs would be included as well.
P.S: It would require someone living in Southeast Asia or Hong Kong to get cable, wait for Blade Runner to come up on HBO or Cinemax, and record the broadcast.
