Two years after this thread, which I only saw via Google search,  I've actually done all of this as it was something I'd wanted to do for many, many years and the technology caught up enough to enable me to do it.

I've never made a post here offering a fan edit project, so I'll have to read up on how to do so in terms of making it available.

Can I get a link? I can't private message because of the 6 month limit. I own both theatrical and director's cut. Just can't stomach watching the Hector vs Achilles fight without the original music.
