The teamblu version was released on a BD50 because I grabbed it from the spleen. Think it was lossy audio though IIRC

Yeah I heard TeamBlu had done a custom. Their releases are usually pretty solid. Still if anyone's interested in the HDTV/Netflix versions I can cap them.
Is something wrong with the iTunes version? It's also on the spleen, also TC.
People say it's actually the DC master before it was cut to ribbons by Walter Hill, and also that some frames are missing in it. "The version on Netflix has the same shot as the original DVD with the lights being less bright, so I'm thinking that's the real Theatrical Cut and this is some kind of hybrid."

Over at Fanedit, it was discovered the Netflix version doesn't seem to be 100% the theatrical cut. Different from the original theatrical DVD release in any case.

Cool. I remember there was a UK VHS tape with different rock songs on the soundtrack.
That would be awesome to rip one and offer it as an alternate soundtrack.

The IMDB claims just one song was replaced in the U.K.
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0080120/alternateversions "On UK VHS releases for copyright reasons the song "Nowhere To Run", played by the female DJ, was replaced by "I Am A Warrior". I captured the VHS Hi Fi mono last year. I still have the files up if anyone wants it?
