I'm planning to replace the video of the Pacific Rim UHD with my remux with Dolby Vision, is it possible to replace the video and edit the BD structure in the already existing disc without needing another disc to burn to?

Hi. I'm from Estonia.

Began my first year of uni this year (preschool teachers). I got super lucky with my course buddies. Turns out a few of us are massive movie fans. We started a "Movie secrets" club. None of us never been a part of any club and I have no idea what we will do in our club besides talk about movies and get together to watch movies lol. We dont know what we're doing. But so far its been fun. We started the club with 5 of us and our uni lets spread information about "movie secrets" club in the internal mailinglist In about a month our membership has grown from 5 members to 16 members.

One of my course friends introduced me to the concept of "fan restorations" in the movie scene. I didnt know that such a thing existed. They also told our group about this website. Super happy to be here

If it is against the rules I will remove the following part: I'd like one more chance to promote our "Movie secrets" aka "Filmisaladused" club again! If you live in Estonia and go to University of Tartu you can also join our club. We have two rules: you must like movies and you must be chill If you want to join the club check the university mailinglist.

A.K.A. The Version Herb Cohen Doesn’t Want You To See

It’s a long story, but the short of it is, in 1985, one Herb Cohen sued Paramount Pictures for releasing Medium Cool on videocassette. Apparently, the license to use Wild Man Fischer’s song “Merry-Go-Round” only extended to the cinema and to television broadcasts, and the judge hearing the case, bonehead that he is, sided with Cohen, which is why all current releases of the film replace it with a whistled rendition of “Sweet Georgia Brown”, which totally ruins the scene where it played. As such, I was hoping someone with an original VHS or Beta copy could upload it to MEGA and send it to me via DM, so I could try and sync it with the Criterion Blu-ray for a future project.

Any OG Cap artists know wtf this noise interference is? I've got everything through AVR Sinewave UPS (for dirty power).. LD or VHS, changed rooms, cap cards, between laptop/desktop, turned all powered devices off.. its all the same. What the hell is doing this? 

Hi, I'm planning to replace the video for the Pacific Rim UHD BD which is HDR only with a Hybrid Remux I found online with Dolby Vision from a streaming download, I have one question, does the streaming DoVi make a difference compared to the HDR only video, or the streaming DoVi is basically HDR repacked in a DoVi format? Same thing applies to other movies with Streaming only DoVi and HDR only UHD BDs.
