I thought they just did The Barbarian, not the destroyer... Damn... That totally passed me unnoticed...

I just double checked and the audio tracks listed are the same specs as their Barbarian release, so maybe a mixup?

Special Thanks to SilverWook for the DVD Mono track to make this comparison possible
UK BD Mono vs. US DVD Mono Clear winner is the Blu-ray. The DVD sounds a bit muffled, while the BD removes that layer. It brings more clarity. The Mono from the UK BD is genuine, since it sounds exactly the same as the DVD, except for it's higher quality Spectrogram UK BD - audio transcoded to .wav with eac3to Spectrogram US DVD - audio transcoded to .wav with eac3to and DialNorm removed Thanks given by: bronan

It's kind of a bummer the UK release video is only 18mbps compared to the US release's 31mbps, but hopefully if the tracks are the same length it will be an easy sync up.

While the UK BD only has 18mbps, it doesn't look that bad either. It's probably from the same master used by Universal (North America) and StudioCanal (rest of the world). But I didn't do a full comparison with the video.
