Then the Robocop one it is! I'll extract both the remastered one and the old MPEG-2 one and you'll take your pick.
Give me the remastered one, it will go well with the look of this release

I just added it to my list of Mega uploads. It'll be the next one after my 2nd open matte of The Game finishes to upload. So you'll have it tomorrow.

I just wanted to pipe in and say that this, and recent 'Terminator' thread really show what a great community we have here
Great thread and an example of group collaboration at it's finest.
Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to both projects.

SpaceBlackKnight beat you to it but thanks both for the help!
We need to label informally all these soundtrack versions
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Return...Home_media
I'll finish synching them then I'll verify all the differences, this might take a bit, it's the first time I hear most of these mixes. I'll need some markers for where the changes are and I'll make a map. Again, be patient
So far I have identified the following two mixes
> 2001 mix (theatrical)
> 2002 remix

I'll throw it out there, does anyone have a DVD containing the Italian track? Every European DVD by MGM should have it according to DVDcompare. http://www.dvdcompare.net/comparisons/film.php?fid=2138
Thanks for your help

Out of curiosity, would anyone here have any use with the MGM Blu-Ray release of the movie? Although it seems to be the same transfer as the UK release apart from minor differences in cropping and coloration, maybe it has some sort of minor useful bit? I don't know, I just wanted to offer some help. I would say I can rip my Shout! release but somebody else offered back when the thread was first made.

We are using the Shout as the base of this project, but thank you. As for the MGM BD... Evit will have to answer that as I don't know if that one would be of any use at this point.

Not for my project but thanks for offering, if it's cropped differently maybe SpoRv could find it useful if he wants to takle recreating a larger frame.
What audio tracks are on your version?

Quick'n'dirt UAR version: http://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison/129663
(can't make better now, why? this is another story for a new thread... next weeks!)
WARNING: "seams" aren't perfect due to one frame difference between the screenshots.
My thought: even if not perfect, when refined could be quite nice - of course, useful only when UK BD is less cropped than Shout; about color grading, I don't/can't tell which is the *right* one, I just used UK one here because the overlaid Shout used former chroma, that's all.
Reason for the UAR? because every pixel counts! ™

The MGM BD doesn't have very much use now with the SF, SS, and DE discs commonly available (along with this project of course). Plus, the MGM HD master Second Sight used is the exact same transfer, just encoded differently and having a few shots in the opening scenes slightly zoomed out for some bizarre reason. However, I heard it's DTS-MA 5.1 track may have a much higher bitrate (24bit vs 16bit for the SF and 1536kbs lossy DTS for the SS) if that really matters considering the purpose for this project.
