Good looking colour, most of these odd discs were struck from prints or dupes so it's more than likely accurate

It seems like more and more lately I've been impressed with how good some upscaled DVDs can look. Looking forward to checking this one out.

Wow, looks amazing.
This release is certainly the closest to the 35mm print I saw.
Which as far as I know was a Tartan (the original distributor in the U.K) U.K release print from back in the day.
I'll dig through my stuff for my custom subs.
They're based on the Tartan video re-release, with a fresh translation.
I believe the criterion are just dub titles!
Although I might be wrong, a few years have passed since I sucked up all the information.
But there was a reason I used the Tartan DVD.

If you ever need some other DVDs of that movie for any future project. Give me a shot, I have some different DVD releases of that movie in my collection. Maybe there is something interesting for your future project(s) on my shelf.

Looks similar to one of the Tartan DVDs I have which was transferred from a low-con print.
My favourite subs are the burned-in ones from the PAL widescreen VHS/LD, I'm guessing they are the original theatrical subs
