Wow hell yeah! At last the right colors! Though why not keep the Mad Max 2 title? The clash metal sound doesn't match the RW title.

It would be great if the choice could be retained, somehow (though the first person to mention branching will receive a stern tut).

Now that this is getting closer maybe one day we could find all the deleted materials.

I'd really like to preserve the Road Warrior title since it seems destined to the dustbin of history. Yes I know the movie is really Mad Max 2 but to many it's still the Road Warrior and I'd like that not to be lost.
Having said that, it is MM2 so tentatively I think I'll include the video segment containing the MM2 titles and maybe instruction how re-combine the movie in mkvmerge. Sadly, as Jonno said the other way just isn't achievable.

Personally I'd keep it The Road Warrior. Like you said it's possible to provide both titles and use MKVMerge (or tsmuxer) to build your chosen movie.
Your patience and perseverance with your projects is humbling PDB. Great stuff

I was thinking maybe I could redo the Road Warrior Titles using the Mad Max 2 Font with a better sync for the animation. 3D steel like those titles can be fairly easy rendered in FCPX. Your only source is SD, right? From the DVD? Then I send you the prores mov and you can replace this one. Or if you want, maybe I can even redo it as is using the same fonts, but in HD.

Whichever version ends up attached to the film, let's stick with theatrical accuracy please.

I already have this on blu ray - is there any way to import your CC settings without having to do reencode?
