That blu ray looks ace! It has the two versions, original in 4/3 and the Widescreen one.

Sorry for the late response guys, been having computer issues. I appreciate the help with the logo.
Sadly, it appears the logo is pretty much unique beast. You can't crop down a 2.35/2.39 logo to work and the geometry of the 4:3 standard logo is not quite right. There are various things that were off. I think it's covered earlier in this thread but I went through pretty much every surviving Saul Bass logo I could find and either the text was off, the geometry was off, the fade was wrong, etc.
Lucky there was a great member, tas007 (who doesn't seem to be active anymore) who blew up the DVD logo and digitally recreated/painted it from scratch. It was/is a great piece of work that is the logo I'm using for this project.

Beautiful. While the DVD version has some nice added depth to it, I'd argue the graded to LD version is probably closer to release prints because of all the red push that's in the DVD master. When I toggle between the two on my Sony set they're even closer due to it defeating inherent the red NTSC push.

PDB I still would be happy to sync the french 5.1 from the NTSC DVD to this release. Should be a breeze.
Also I have a resync of the french stereo track (as all Blu-ray and HD-DVD worlwide have that track botched with about 3mn out of sync during Papagallo speech) by user CarmeloMike which could be used to make this release unique.
