OK, very few material should be encoded, I think tomorrow everything will be ready.
I worked to the Italian subs... it's harder to translate than transcribing!
Here you are the link to the making of lines that recalls film lines:
http://hastebin.com/raw/enuvexudel
as you can see, after the time of the making of, there is the time of the english subs; just look at the subs of your language near that time, and replace the line with the right line.
Example:
32
00:02:11,680 --> 00:02:13,182 00:05:18,107 --> 00:05:20,526
Good solid spike.
32 is the "making of" subtitle line position; don't touch it
00:02:11,680 --> 00:02:13,182 is the "making of" subtitle time; don't touch it
00:05:18,107 --> 00:05:20,526 is the film english subtitle time; use it as time reference for your language, then delete it
Good solid spike. English text that should be replaced with the proper text taken from your language subs
There are also two lines that needs adjustements, but you need the audio file to fix them...
IMPORTANT - UPDATED "making of" transcription is here:

please use this file to make your translations, thanks!
