I am unsure as to why this attitude should be tolerated here.  We are not a McDonalds or Burger King torrent site.  Patience is a virtue but it is apparently not yours.  You may be waiting longer than you think unless you change your approach.  Just some solid advice for you anyways.

Good luck on your journey."

I think thats a bit rude to be honest.
You are questioning my attitude but as a reply to a new member It can easily be noted that yours is worse.

Nothing wrong with me expressing interest and showing eagerness to watch the OPs edit with the work hes done.

Sporv I'm sorry if I came across in a wrong way, that was not my intention if I did, It was just me being keen on the back of watching extended Prometheus last week.

Very much looking forward to watching the edit when I am able to get my hands on it. That hasn't changed Smile

AFAIK, there are some websites that gives away invites, so maybe you can try one of them if you don't want to wait. Should add that probably I'll release the new version into another place, so keep following the thread.

Back on topic: I made a comparison between the untouched BD (25mbps) and a rip (9mbps) and they are almost identical, and grain is all there. Following my own tests, 16mbps is the right bitrate for a 1.78:1 24fps video, so for a 2.40:1, 12mbps should suffice... hence, I'm trying 13.5mbps (always average, of course, spikes could go up to 40mbps) to get a BD-25, quite sure it will hold all the grain in the light shots, which would use higher bitrate, and dark shots would not need that bitrate... we'll see, it would be ready in few hours.

Hey would you send me an invite to Blutopia so I can see this??  I've tried to sign up but it says I must be invited to join.   I'd love to see all those scenes connected to the film which I thought was missing a lot!  Thanks in advance.

Well, maybe if you looked at it through our eyes, you'd feel differently about my response. The people here that do the work you're looking to watch have worked hard while other members have helped support the projects through donations and time spent in the forums. I do not apologize for my stern response. You are not the first new member to get one like this when acting the exact same way you did right out of the gate.

As a project member myself I know there are others that feel the same way. Now, I don't know you personally, so I'm not knocking you. I'm just knocking your approach. Lurk for awhile, see how things work around here, get in on discussions going on about things you're interested in, even re-reading what few rules we have can help keep a member on the right path here.

Please enjoy your stay and participate so folks get to know you.

At the moment, this film is present on Amazon by HBO subscription in Open Matte, but due to the change of broadcast protection downloading is not yet possible, as well as with many appeared films on channel subscriptions.

I'm trying to download this from blutopia. Unfortunately, there are not any seeders. Is there anyone that can seed this please?

You probably should be asking this question at Blutopia because nothing is seeded from here as this isn't a torrent site.

He asked there, of course, but I told him to ask it here as well, because maybe some user more active here (and less there) may help. Smile

It would have certainly been far more helpful for them to mention that considering he's brand new here.

I am stern because I believe there should always be a certain respect shown towards a forum and it's members (including between both admin and members, and members and members) especially when one is a new to it. I am not ashamed to feel this way nor am I afraid to voice it because without our hard working members and donators there would not be an unseeded torrent at a torrent site that other members of that site won't keep seeded for others to enjoy.

No disrespect meant towards anyone. If anyone feels I am out of line with this train of thought I encourage them to start a fair dialog on the matter so we can discuss it rationally.

I wrote that because, sometimes, I even forgot to seed some projects, and a remind here would be noticed immediately while not so in the tracker, that's all!

Hope to get a proper line ASAP to seed and share as usual.
