The issue is the {\xshad2.3\yshad4.5\blur2.8} tags on every line. If you delete those avs2bdnxml will process it instead of stalling out. I can't say if it looks correct or not though

I've also uploaded version 0.93 of the program. I noticed when debugging that 4k resolution was getting passed instead of 1080p, not sure what all this would have effected, but probably worth giving a try if you had issues before. I believe this was accidentally introduced a version or two back when I changed it to default to 1080p.

0.93 does not fix your problem. Like I said in previous post, you must remove the {\xshad2.3\yshad4.5\blur2.8} tags.

no, i need the effects, so it can't be removed. i use easyavs2bdnxml to convert successfully.
but i hope sub2bd can do it so that i don't need to change to easyavs2bdnxml sometime.

Looking at it fresh, I found something strange in EP09. If you delete the space character from the very first line of dialogue, it will process it no problem. I can't understand why though, as other lines use spaces and don't cause the same issue. I thought maybe it was a line breaking problem and added more characters to the line, but it doesn't seem to help either. Any ideas?

yeah, i try to replace the chinese words in the very first line of dialogue with english words, and keep the space character, no delete it, sub2bd will process, no problem.

so may be chinese character support problem?

but in EP01, the first line also contains chinese words and space character, no problem. wierd

have you tried using early version of sub2bd to test? to see can if convert, if early version can work with ep09, maybe caused by some parts of the program have been modified.


but in my opinion, easyavs2bdnxml can process, so it might be something wrong in parts of sub2bd that we don't know.

if a video is 1920×816 resolution, is it good to use 1920×1080 in sub2bd? thanks.
