There is a problem with Turkish characters. (ı - ğ - ş - ö)

Which version are you using? And do you mean in filenames or ASS content? You might want to also check the file encoding in something like Notepad++. If its not UTF 8 then converting it may help.

I am using version 0.02 of the tool. Everything is normal in ASS content. However, Turkish characters change in SUP content. Only these characters have problems. (I ı ş Ğ ğ)

Do you have the font the ASS is trying to use installed on your system? I saw ass2bdnxml has a setting where you can supply an optional font folder without having to install them. I will add that to the next release.

Yes, Arial font is installed on my system.

Seems to work fine for me with Arial font:

Please check the PNGs that are created in the "temp" folder in sub2bd. If they look messed up there then its definitely on the ass2bdxml side and not SUPer causing the issue. If that's the case its probably an issue with the encoding your text file is using. UTF-8 should support the characters you need.

I uploaded 0.03 with an experimental change where it will try to automatically convert your ass file to UTF8 encoding before processing (original file is not modified). Let me know if that helps at all.
