Zack Snyder's Justice League
Oh and something about aspect ratio. I do understand that someone would like to see it widescreen. If you crop it into 16:10 instead of 16:9 you won't lose much informations just use bigger monitor instead of a TV.

By the way. Who was participating in the SnyderCut movement?: ) I was.

I did, to a very small degree Smile
I spread the word and signed all the petitions ect.
Ive spent way to much time over the past few years going over the history of the production with people, and I doubt that's going to end anytime soon.

It appears I'm conflicted with this news!
While the whole "Snyder Cut" has been my world for the past year, this is the first piece of news has left me a little cold!

Why do I accept the 'scope' AR on a 16.9 panel with black bars top/bottom, but I'm disappointed with them left/right?

I'm literally debating paying for a stream but viewing a rip so I can crop in!

Not sure about B&W either!
Mad Max and Logan we're not improved by it's lack of color.
But if that's what the director wants who am I to argue.

Ive re-read my original post and have come to the conclusion I should not post when drunk Hahahaha.
I'm so, so glad we're getting this, and how the director intended, which has to included the choice of Aspect Ratio Smile
I'm being pretty petty here considering.

I much prefer having to 'fan' matte myself than getting a compromised framing.
It's a non-issue to me really.

Ive never been a fan of shifting ratios either (although there are always exceptions).
I love open matte version presentations.
I'm a walking contradiction at times Wink

I'm so psyched for the Snyder Cut. I liked the JL we got, but I always found it just a tad bit too "light". I'm sure it's gonna benefit from a darker tone.

Justice League Snyder Cut Accidentally Leaked Early, HBO Max Confirms

DC Comics fans just got an unexpected surprise… from the unlikeliest of places.

Zach Snyder’s long-awaited director’s cut of Justice League, aka the #SnyderCut, is due to hit HBO Max next week, but it accidentally leaked on the streamer early on Monday, with multiple users reporting that when they tried to press play on the new Tom & Jerry movie, the Snyder Cut of Justice League began playing instead. (One viewer, Doug Bass, tells our sister site Variety that he got an hour into the film before it stopped and he received an error message.)

“Zack Snyder’s Justice League was temporarily available on HBO Max, and the error was addressed within minutes,” a spokesman for the streamer confirmed in a statement to TVLine.

Justice League — an Avengers-style superhero team-up featuring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Jason Momoa as Aquaman, among others — first hit theaters in 2017, with Joss Whedon taking over as director after Snyder stepped away during post-production due to the death of his daughter. Whedon ordered months of reshoots, and Justice League eventually debuted to mixed reviews and disappointing box office.

But rumors of a “Snyder Cut” lingered for years, and HBO Max finally confirmed last year that Snyder’s version of the film would indeed see the light of day on the new streaming service. The new, four-hour-long (!) version of Justice League will officially premiere on HBO Max next Wednesday, March 18.

So only 4 Days to go.

Ive just found out Sky TV have exclusive rights in the U.K.
They do a streaming service called Now TV where you can also view it.
They removed app support for the PS3 last year, which is the only "standalone with apps" I have, and the same goes for the Windows 10 app.
The only way to access it on the PC is through there bespoke player app, which offers 720p and 2.0 Sound!
