My dear droogies, the next project in my Kubrick German Preservation pipeline is A CLOCKWORK ORANGE aka UHRWERK ORANGE.

Scope of the project

The following things I aimed to achieve:

• A 1080p version of the latest 4K restoration
  
• Preservation of the German intro and ending credits
  
• German mono track
  
• English mono track
  
• German and English 5.1 DD tracks
  
• German and English subtitles (HOH and normal)
  
• Chaptering (in German & English)

The work was pretty straightforward, my dear droogies. The effects on the replaced credits needed to be adapted for each title card, but other than that, it was a rather linear workflow, as clear as an azure sky of deepest summer.

The quality of the German TV audio was really horrorshow. However, it needed some extensive resynching at the scene/reel changes, which caused your friend and humble narrator some pain in the gulliver. German Subtitles are the official ones from the DVD/BluRay, and do not correspond to the the German dub - unfortunately these were the only ones available, oh my brothers and only friends.
