Three Kings (1999) HDTV

I recently got a hold of the blu ray of this strange little film and my God it's a bit of a mess. Does anyone have a decent rip of the DVD-era HDTV master?

there's a dvd sized 720p capture with the dvd mastering on the big russian tracker and it's seeded. quality is pretty meh though.

there's also a bigger 1080i capture that is on some magnet sites but doesn't seem to be active anymore:
"Three.Kings.1999.DVB.HDTV.1080i"

If I'm not mistaken, places like Vudu and Amazon Prime Video might have the old transfer in 1.78, YouTube and GP US as well. iTunes not sure about, probably OAR but stranger things have happened.

The 720p hdtv rip is really similar to the dvd in terms of detail. It is open matte though:
