Definitely a problem with either the MIGP WEB-DL or Bluray and not Videoredo in regards to sync. Just finished a quick mock up of DotD Theatrical Open Matte with Unrated Bluray 2.35:1 scenes added and everything appears in sync with the Bluray DTS-HD.

Reviving this thread to see if anyone had managed to acquire the 70mm footage a user posted on reddit a while.
Sadly, I tried going back to the post a few days ago and noticed the user had deleted their account and along with it, the links to their footage. I remember they were hosted on Vimeo and seemed to be scans of the 1.43:1 70mm footage. I am trying to recreate/find a version of the film which has all the IMAX footage, but unsure if it was completed on this forum or elsewhere. Thanks given by: dvdmike

I've contacted a person from that reddit thread who said they did rip them. They do say the bitrate was very low. I've asked them to send them over regardless. No response yet. So hang on, the top post here says that this project got cancelled only because somebody else completed it instead. But from the thread, I can't seem to work out who that was or where to find it.
Forgive me if I shouldn't be asking this here, but who did this in the end? |
