I'm never against adding grain, it can only help a film and in Snow Whites case, it did. It just looks so much better now.

How's the colouration? Apparently the Blu-ray's the closest to the original colour palette anyway.

As long as it's REAL 35mm grain, added at "organic" levels because computer generated grain looks like crap.
