So OK as I had a full resync of all Dr No mono tracks in all languages from DVD ready to go, I may have to redo those to playweb.
I also did a full collection of soundtracks for Goldeneye, synced to the early capture.
I'll check them out.

BD DTS-HD MA to UHD: Syncs perfectly. No delay required.
UHD only has a Dolby Atmos mix. The BD 5.1 audio is likely closer to the original 5.1 mix.

The BD 5.1 is well-known for having room-shaking low end. Reports suggest that this has been seriously neutered in the Atmos mix.

The various sound mixes for JP have been discussed at length here and elsewhere. Apparently all pre-BD mixes (including the original cinema DTS) have some sort of vocal distortion. The consensus generally is that the best sounding mix is from the 3D version of the movie. Fortunately this syncs to the UHD with the above offset.

I tried to sync up the original DVDs of Blade and American Psycho to their UHD copies today and couldn't figure it out. Seemed like there were problems every reel change.

I looked at syncing the 5.1 audio from the American Psycho BD to the UHD a while ago but found the same thing; frame differences throughout the movie. But I don't recall if I was using the old US BD or the newer UK BD. Both have different audio tracks. Maybe I'll give it another look.
